hosting account missing

We had setup a domain, BraveLittleDuck.com and hosted it here. It has been missing, and I can't seem to find the cPanel login. Further, it appears that my 'account' thinks that I don't have hosting. Where did it go? Can I get it back?

Was you inactive for long time ? What is your Cpanel username ?

I believe that I paid the extra few dollars so that I didn't have to log into the forums. Regardless, I recently logged in to make sure.

My CPanel account is, I believe, the same: 'twemperor'

From what I can see you were one of the "lotusold" accounts. There was a software problem and your site was not transferred.
There might or might not be backups of your files and any databases, but apparently it is quite hard to find anything in the backups and the staff are still busy with finishing up with all the other changes.
I would proceed on the presumption that nothing is recoverable.

My suggestion would be to sign up for another hosting account.
