    some times suddenly the site will be down . after some time it will be up. and some times ftp also not connects . -the above situation is occuring frequently- i am on chopin server . is any server repair going on ?? can any one tell how to see the up time of the server or my site

    hmm . i can define it in .htaccess only if <Directory /> Options Includes ExecCGI -MultiViews FollowSymLinks Indexes AllowOverride All </Directory> override option is allowed on apache . i think so . i put php_flag output_buffering on on .htaccess . then it is showing error
