I've been suspended because there is apparently "adult content" in my forums. I'm told to remove it, but how can I, when I can't get on to my site because it is suspended??

For some reason the file manager won't let me upload, delete or edit files. I've tried it using FTP instead, but I get a 'permission denied' error. Can you help me? I can't even insert the ad code into my Joomla template until this is fixed.
