Do somebody know another way to change the password, a script, config file, or backdoor to cpanel?

I have tried updating the password for the third time at least, but still no luck... I think there is some kind of bug. What can I do?

It fails to login, but I can login with the old password

Hey It been over 24 hours since the update process started and the password still haven't changed.

Hey I have tried updating my cPanel password by using this guide http://x10hosting.com/wiki/How_to_Change_Your_cPanel_Password, but it only change the other passwords. What could the problem be? Another question, how do I change the ftp password?
