Hello,

The FTP password would be changed with your cPanel password. Other FTP accounts can be changed from cPanel.
It can take a bit longer for cPanel changes to go through as it's a different system to the account panel etc. Give it a couple of hours and see if it changes.

Thanks.

Hello,

Please log into the account panel, click "Hosting" in the header bar, then click the "Login to cPanel" button.

Thanks.

Hmm. Try going through the change process again. Remember maximum 8 characters alphanumeric.

Actually, it's usernames that are 8 characters, not passwords. Sorry about the confusion.
Even so, try changing it again.

I have tried updating the password for the third time at least, but still no luck... I think there is some kind of bug. What can I do?

Do somebody know another way to change the password, a script, config file, or backdoor to cpanel?
