I have updated my pages and uploaded them to the public folder but when i try to access my website it still shows the old pages and i dont understand why?

I don't know why I keep getting suspended as I keep logging in, it quite clearly says that my last login was 5th of may yet I was suspended on 7th may for no activity. this has happened several times before! whats going on I cant afford to have to site constanly suspended!
