my account got suspended and I already made a thread and had it escalated but it doesnt show up in the tickets area.

I was able to log in but there's no tickets. Do I have to make one? even if I do try and make a new ticket it just takes me back to this thread. ???

The link at the top of the forum that's suppose to take me to my support ticket. all it says is Fatal error: ERROR: You do not have access to this Ticket. in /home/support/public_html/modules/tickets/client_tickets.php on line 172

lol Ive got it set you to redirect you if you use www. I'm pretty sure tha link I first posted was correct. I just wanted you to check tha recordings mainly. and ya its default phpbb layout. If you think I could get suspended for redirecting, Ill take it down.
