Dear Support, I have a curious problem with passwords. As you can see I am able to log into the forums however I am unable to log into my account or my wife's account. I have tried to request a reset of these passwords, however there is nothing in my mailbox. Many thanks for your help...

Is there any chance of getting the account "albchong" unsuspended (on behalf of my wife). A request was generated about2 months ago. The reason given for unsuspension was the transfer of the account to another server. According to the information given there is no support to create a trouble...

Please unsuspend my account. According to the automated message generator, I have been suspended because I have not been logging on to the forum frequently enough. I believe the requirement is at least once a month which I have been doing to avoid been suspended so the monitoring must be wrong.

Can't see above website. Can't find the webfolder. Can't access control panel. Many thanks, Albert
