I believe that I have been IP banned from my domain and the absolut cPanel login. There is no problem with my DNS cache. Can anyone check if my IP has been banned? I've been unable to load my domain for a week. I can load it through another IP address or a proxy. HELP!

Does anyone have the power to check what IPs are banned from where? If so, I'd LOVE it if someone would check if my IP is banned somehow. My IP is 98.240.156.246 Or... does anyone know a way I could contact the x10 support team?
