Unable to Login to C-Panel

I cleared my DNS cache, and no dice. :/ I checked my site from a different IP, and it worked. I assume my IP has been banned for some reason or another. My account was auto suspended for high CPU use, or something like that. It allowed my to remove the suspension it, but it still won't let me in... Any chance my IP was banned?

Can you try logging in using a proxy? try http://hidemyass.com type in your cPanel url.

Yeah, I can login using that. I assume this means I'm IP banned. Anything I can do?

I am guessing your ISP is blocking you from accessing that port.. Try using ports :2082 and :2083 and see if those work.

Nope. Still doesn't work. I tried from my laptop, desktop, mobile phone and DSi, but none would load my site, or the C-Panel Login.

That is weird what ISP do you have? I am guessing they are blocking the port..

I have cable, from Comcast. It worked fine until yesterday.

This is getting ridiculous. I've been locked out of my own site for three days. Still won't even load unless I use a proxy. www.absolute.x10hosting:2082 won't load unless I use a proxy. I really need help.

Does anyone have the power to check what IPs are banned from where? If so, I'd LOVE it if someone would check if my IP is banned somehow. My IP is 98.240.156.246

Or... does anyone know a way I could contact the x10 support team?

I have same problem, my Ip also seems have been blocked and still no answer
Maybe you shold escalate all such tickets to x10 support? It's a new problem after 13 of april
