jw, but where does it say that Proxies are zero tolerance? i see they say they are not allowed, but nothing about zero-tolerance. Proxies: We do not allow any kind of proxies to be used on our servers, for any reason.

Every time I try to access my cPanel (at https://absolut.x10hosting.com:2083/login/) i get a problem loading page error saying The connection has timed out... I dont know if it is just because im new to this site or what...
