am i able to get my account un-suspended so i can remove the proxy from my site. I didn't see that in the terms (i just glanced at them briefly)

Sorry, proxy's fall under the Zero Tolerance rule which was shown at the TOS when you registered, we are unable to unsuspend your account.

so in other words my account is useless? is there anyway i can get a new one by any chance? or do i just leave x10 and never come back?

I am not sure about if you can re-create an account.

jw, but where does it say that Proxies are zero tolerance? i see they say they are not allowed, but nothing about zero-tolerance.

Proxies: We do not allow any kind of proxies to be used on our servers, for any reason.

All items that fall under the Server Usage category are Zero Tolerance.
