Thanks guys I got it to work. One problem I was having was using IE8. As soon as I loaded firefox I was able to see all my options.

When I log in to cpanel all I see is account management functions. I do not see anything regarding databases. What am I doing wrong?

How do you install mysql databases on the free hosting? Thanks
