Go to cPanel (link can be found in account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php)
Then Click on MYSQL database, create database and mysql user then add user to database.

You are done.

When I log in to cpanel all I see is account management functions. I do not see anything regarding databases. What am I doing wrong?

Free Hosting active username *****» View Details

click View Details
below all your account information you will see two buttons, click the one that says 'Login to cPanel'

and then follow Zubair's instructions to create your MySQL database

Thanks guys I got it to work. One problem I was having was using IE8. As soon as I loaded firefox I was able to see all my options.
