Panel still notes suspended and server as getupdated. CPanel button goes to a getupdated URL as well which doesn't work. Site is up and pinging it it looks like I'm on starka but my CPanel login doesn't work there even after changing the pw.

Is there a basic guide on how to make a backup of one's account without getting yourself suspended (high resource usage)? FTP is easy enough, but what about WordPress?

FWIW, a ping shows that I'm probably on the same server as you. I am experiencing the same problems. When it does work, it is really slow.
