please tell me if my installation of wordpress and all the data are going to be back ever?? i can access cPanel but there is no files there.. it's been for weeks like that.. please help.

there is no files in my www folder... and i cant see my add -on domain in "Add on Domains" category...

hahaha, this answer doesn't mean nothing... my site is not available for days.. i can't even redirect my add-on domain to new location... this service is really poor.. i made mistake when i chose this hosting...

Hi, i can't access cPanel, my web site doesn't work.. i tried to log in on https://fris.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ but now even that doesn't work.. my web site is unavailable for 3 days now.. my add-on domain is not available at all, at this point.. Please help. Thanks.

i cant log in to c panel too :( and there is no sql access..
