Can't access cPanel, web site doesn't work

Hi, i can't access cPanel, my web site doesn't work.. i tried to log in on https://fris.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ but now even that doesn't work.. my web site is unavailable for 3 days now.. my add-on domain is not available at all, at this point..

hahaha, this answer doesn't mean nothing... my site is not available for days.. i can't even redirect my add-on domain to new location...

this service is really poor..

i made mistake when i chose this hosting...
