i have reinstalled SMF using softoculas in teh cpanel that works. So that should of overwritten any index file with the new 1. yet it stiill does it. and yes also the cpanel works? but the site dont please help

it seems to always redirect to http://game-discussion.co.cc/install.php but there nuthing in the redirects in the cpanel? what can i do to fix this?

what are the nameservers?
