My Domain keeps going to 404 Not Found? even thous theresd files on server?

it seems to always redirect to http://game-discussion.co.cc/install.php but there nuthing in the redirects in the cpanel?

what can i do to fix this?

Did you upload a CMS script? If the script isn't installed yet, the index file redirects to an installation, that you might have deleted.

i have reinstalled SMF using softoculas in teh cpanel that works. So that should of overwritten any index file with the new 1. yet it stiill does it.

and yes also the cpanel works?

but the site dont

please help
