Hi, I have resolved the problem about my remote firewall and could see the log in page to cpanel and webmail. But after entering my username and password, it kept say "login attempt failed" both in cpanel and webmail. What seems to be the problem now?

There are two buttons on my hosting account page. One allows me to log in to cpanel, the other allows me to log into webmail. but whether I click on the first one or the second, my browser cannot display the page. Why?

I could not see the content on my webpage after publishing it. It seems I need a public_html folder in my hosting account. How do I get it?
