no after resetting password cpanel problem is not solved.you can set a new password from server site.

ok but my user name is subhra when i put subhra as username in c pannel and password which i used to login www.x10hosting.com in that case also i get the message login failed.

sir, from today i am unable to login control panel. I am able to login www.x10hosting.com with my id bachamarigkhighschool@gmail.com but whwn i supply the same user id and paaword to login contol panel it says login failed. please solve my problem as soon as possible.
