    Changing Domain Name

OK, thank you, although the attitude was unnecessary - there are humans behind these messages.

    Changing Domain Name

I understand about that propagation thing, but there are still two separate domain names in that list, which leads me to believe both are and always will still be active, unless I can remove one. I'm not sure I'm liking this system. :| Seems like my best option is to re-register with x10 which...

    Changing Domain Name

Thanks. "Note that DNS propagation can take up to 72+ hours" - that basically cleared that up for me, I suppose. My main concern that's left now, is whether the bots will store info for the wrong domain and cause a lot of confusion for when the site gets public. It feels like I've got two...

    Changing Domain Name

Gotcha, thanks. I have registered with another domain provider and now use .tk, but annoyingly, .x10.mx still goes through to my site (with different cache and cookies, it seems, because the URL is different? Not really sure if that's just my end or not) and it just.. isn't right. Is this where...

    Changing Domain Name

Hi, I used to use x10 a while back and so I'm fairly familiar with it, but having now gone back to it to kick up another project, I am having trouble figuring out how to change my domain name. I seem to recall it's a simple option, but I see no "Modify Domain" button or similar feature. I went...

Domain name issues, preventing access to the site

I'd really appreciate it if this topic can be removed, or at least somehow made so that Google could stop linking the site address to this... is that even possible? It doesn't help professionalism too much if you can Google the site address, and up pops this topic. ---------- Post added at...

Domain name issues, preventing access to the site

OK, I've changed to the .co.cc yet again, and am now having the same problem as before, even AFTER cleaning the cache (twice) and so I'm not sure what's going on. The URL is apparently none-existent.

Domain name issues, preventing access to the site

"Drugs are bad" Haha.... nice human verification. ;) I can access the site, now. I didn't think cache could cause such a problem with a URL. Thank you for your help.

Domain name issues, preventing access to the site

I highly doubt it is remotely to do with cache, however, I am trying the URL on Internet Explorer (I use Opera) and not too shockingly, it didn't work. As for the FTP, it worked fine before using the settings X10 told me to use. I have reverted all settings, remember, and still it won't work...

Domain name issues, preventing access to the site

I initially had the URL "x10.mx" but changed it to .co.cc as was offered by x10. It completed, saying success (I wasn't online, at the time) then 1 minute later, said there was an error, with no explanation. I tried to change it back to X10.mx, but, even after it saying it was a "success", it...
