I can't get into my account. Error code EDA5DD95BF474FD46

I have log-on to x10hosting.com and when the cpanel icon come up it direct me to https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN and it error out. I have try with safari, firefox and chrome. Thank for your help
