    Are you serious? 1GB is more than enough to run a website.. I don't know what you would do with 200GB, I'm not even using 50GB on my entire computer. Free hosting accounts need to be using at least 500mb (if I'm not mistaken) and you can request an upgrade as it says so in this topic.
