[Lotus] Cpanel Disk Error; Database Connection Error

For the past week I have been receiving these above errors,
Cpanel Disk Error and Database Connection Error.

[/h] [h=3]The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.[/h]
Server: Lotus

^ I haven't seen any alerts for Lotus, so I hope the administrators know about this.

I have submitted a ticket, and for awhile received no response so I thought I'd post it here. Usually my ticket is always replied to within a few hours but this time it's weird.
