It's up now but my smf doesn't seem to work even though it says that mysql is up, I went to cpanel and it says this:

MySQL Databases / 5

My site is up right now, MySQL server is down.
my databse is not aviable until it's up.

Does MySQL affect addon domains at all? If not, why isnt it registering my addon domain?

mysql effects any page thats using it. If you were on a static account you would not be effected at all I don`t think.

I don't know, but my forums are not working due to a phpbb database error, which leads me to believe mysql.
