Heyyyy x10 Staff,
It’s been a long time—

I’m not really sure how to articulate how to connect you to my account from here; but it’s the account linked to the email on this account here.

Let me begin simply by saying, I still have my x10 Account, but my Service was Terminated randomly with no notice to my knowledge. I’ve always had the domain linked to the account, I check its emails multiple times every week —I literally see no warning emails or anything, but my Email Accounts broke, my websites went offline, one still “Apache is functioning normally!” & the other one is down.

Can you please restore my Service & restore my websites?

I don’t have any back ups… I’ve been with x10 for like 10+ years… My “life’s work”… Just…. Terminated?

Help, please…

I have escalated this to an admin for further review to see if it is restorable.

For future reference, you have to login to your account panel at https://x10hosting.com/panel once every 30 days (login anywhere else does not count), do not solely rely on email reminders and that backups are your responsibility.

I can see our system sent 5 emails to your email address on file prior to this happening.

Prior to 3/21 we see the last login to our system before that was 1/13.

That said I have sent this over to our backend team to see if we have a backup on file to provide a one time restore!

The latest account terminated on your service ( you have multi removed accounts) was created last year 7/2024
