1. Account opening seem quite easy.
2. Support php.
3. Fast and high capacity servers.
5. A supportive forum to help new users.
4. Little or no down time.

2) It has PHP and MySQL (Even though I have not used it yet.)
3) The staff are fantastic.
4) They upgraded me to unlimited space and I didn't even ask.
5) Fastest and most reliable free web hosting I have ever used.

That is all the reasons I can think of for the moment. Although I do not have 10 reasons, I still absolutely love x10hosting.com.
