100MB Upload limit

i have a site that goes abuve 100MB and i need to upload its files but it wont let me due to an error about the 100MB limit being reached, i only have 110MB diskspace used.

there is an automatic 10 MB per file limit for uploading to free accounts.
all files must be used by the website,not just storage of files.
this is likely why you cant upload a 100 MB file.

i may be wrong but i never heard of the 100 MB limit,
maybe a staff member can verify the upload limits ?
