15,000 Text Link Impressions

I know this is the wrong place to post for paid support, but I can't get the support tickets to work properly.

I ordered 15,000 text link impressions, james3uk[at]aol.com, however there status is still pending and has been for the past four/five days. I was just wondering if there was a problem.
