I have already raised a support ticket for this, but just wanted to know if others are having the same issues? Perhaps someone from admin could give an update?

I had the same error just a few days back. From what they told me back then it's a glitch in the cpanel software.
When trying to remove or change the domain, the system isn't removing the entry.

Quite a strange bug but I think an Account Manager or one of the people in the Executive Team can sort it out for you with a click of a button.
Just be patient about it and someone here will escalate your thread for more direct support.

your main domain is changed now, and it is loading fine. any more problem?
