I am looking into openning a new store, using the Magento system, but need some alterations made. The requirements are as follows:

I am looking into openning a new store, using the Magento system, but need some alterations made. The requirements are as follows:
- Enlarge logo size slightly (top left)
- Change top links (eg. My Account etc.)
- Remove Free Shipping Image (top left) and shift links left)
- Create new front page images. This is the most important part and requires creating 3 images (for the main page) on which I can overlay product images/text. These must be eyecatching and match the colours of the logo.
- Create some callouts - The boxes (such as bottom right) need to be created to match the colours of the logo, on which I can overlay marketing details.
