2 brief questions on premium and current status

1. I'm thinking of upgrading to premium but I would need to be allowed more email accounts, what are the limits on that?

2. My emails are down at the moment and my website shows 500 internal server error?

1. checked with a higher staff, looks like it's unlimited pretty much everything except Disk Usage.

2. Not sure what's doing the 500 error you saw, looks okay here. I know at about the time you posted we were having issues with MySQL on the free systems, so it might be related to that.

Ok that's great, I'm also having a problem with my emails now which is saying

There may be a problem with the mail server or network. Verify the settings for account “TimFord.co.uk” or try again.

The server returned the error: The attempt to send data to the server “(null)” failed.

I'm guessing I have my server settings wrong :-/
