No.

First, a ticket will be drawn and the ticket owner will get a FREE Domain name of his/her choice.

Then, another ticket will be drawn and the ticket owner will get a FREE Domain name of his/her choice. (Here, if the same ticket number is drawn, I'll draw again to get a new ticket number that has not won the first domain name. But, if the second ticket drawn is also owned by the first winning ticket owner.. He/She is very lucky.. He/She will be getting Two Free Domain Names)

Thirdly, I'll draw another ticket. This time.. the ticket owner should not be a winner of the above two draws mentioned. This ticket owner will be given a info domain name.
