Hi, my website has been affected by the boru issue, and I have two questions about that.

1)I have backups of my website, and I was wondering how I could get them back on since the file manager won't let me do anything?

2)This thread: http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/165194-what-happening.html of mine got escalated, but whenever I try to view the support ticket, it says: "It appears that we are having some slight difficulties, please wait and try your request again. (D38A904F)."

What format do you have the backup in?

K, I have re-created the account and re-imported your databases. You should login to x10hosting.com/control and change your password so it updates the account correctly.

You will then need to re-assign any MySQL users to the two databases you had, if you need help with this let us know after you restore your files.

Technically you won't need that ticket anymore, since the issue was already solved. It would of course be a problem if you are unable to view future tickets as well (could have been a slight issue at the time of that ticket being escalated).

I'll escalate this one up as well to see if it is a persistent issue. Please check if you can view it from your account panel, and if you can please reply it so I know it can be closed. If you can not, please let me know either by PM or by opening a new thread.

Also please note that you would need to be logged into the account panel to see the ticket, clicking the bar here at the forums and not being logged into the account panel will give an error if I recall right.
