Do the entire site need to be in english???

Can I give 20 mb of my web space to another member of the family because they can't start an accont at x10 scince we have same IP?

I cant' answer number one, but does the website really say the family member can't start an account because there was already a registered account on the IP? I believe that just as long as every individual has only ONE account, that the staff will allow the account to be created. But note that they have to have their own forum account.

Also, the main site shouldn't say anything about IP addresses not being able to make a site, as IP addresses, unless you have static, can change over time, and it would be unfortunate if someone wanted hosting but couldn't because their IP was blocked from registering, and the never did anything.

There is a script detecting if a IP logins on 2 accounts and both accounts will get banned

Oh, ok. You'll have to wait for a staff member to come around then and verify it/have them create an account for the member of your family.

Can't she just use a bit of mine??? I will ofcourse upload here things myself. It just take time for just a forum. It would be easier if she uses a bit of my space since I have 2.4 gb space left

1. Server Usage
Personal accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. Personal account holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services of their website to other parties. Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site.

As for Question 1. You can have your site in any language, as long as there is a translation in English, French or Spanish.

So I can't have a forum in another language than those 3. But if the forum has english + another language pack would it be ok then?

Nevermind. I found another host for just that forum.
