2 small problems

hi,

i have two small problems . . . firstly, i have been trying to log on to the server via ftp(filezilla) without any success today, and it was working yesterday(for the first time)
secondly, i am attempting to install 'mybb' and cannnot complete the database configuration because i am getting the following error msg:

There seems to be one or more errors with the database configuration information that you supplied:

• Could not connect to the database server at 'localhost' with the supplied username and password. Are you sure the hostname and user details are correct?
• Could not select the database 'macanna_db1'. Are you sure it exists and the specified username and password have access to it?

i have been using my account name and password that i use for accessing my account management page. also the database does exist. any suggestions? i have no idea why its not working. . .

Ok, i just figured out the database problem. it's just the issue with the ftp login.

Well the mysql hostname it's not localhost its' mysql.x10hosting.com

Make sure you use your domain name url minus the www or http forumulaic.pcriot.com port 21

Password
