2 users 50% CPU?

My site is under construction. How is it possible that 2 users with up to 50% CPU?

How many users can support a free hosting?

That was the CPU load when cPanel asked for it - most - if not all - of that load is by cPanel - it is not in real time

Click on { Home ] top left corner and you will see it go to zero

The limit for users is by what they are doing at the same time - if you site hit that limit your site would receive a HRU temp lock-out

one script with no users can hit HRU lock-out

one user can hit HRU lock-out

what the scripts and users are doing - what load they are putting on the CPU - at the same time - is what can set off a HRU lock-out

it takes a small part of one second for a program or script to make a 'page' and send it to the user and stop

no way to say "How many users the CPU can support at the same time" - without knowing what amount of load - each user is putting on the CPU

"load" is how long a script or program is using the CPU
