200 Response Code in 404 Header

I'm trying to verify my site using McAfee SiteAdvisor but I get the following message:

"It appears that the Web site techairlines.com (or www.techairlines.com) is returning an HTTP 2xx or 3xx status response code in the header of 404 pages. We cannot verify a Web site that is configured this way because it allows anyone to verify themselves as the owner of your site. Please update your Web site server configuration to return 404 status codes in the headers for pages that do not exist. Once your site is configured this way then you can return and request a file name verification."

I'm using Wordpress. Is there a way I can fix it so the 404 page (which is 404.php in the theme) returns a 404 Response Status rather than a 200 (Successful)?

But the pages which are not available are returning the 404 status codes on your site.

I check this page --> http://www.techairlines.com/123

returning me the HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found in the header.

it returns 404 Not Found for me too, but it returns 200 OK on all images and styles you have, maybe McAfee thinks that's the problem?

I just tried verifying (just for fun) many different self-hosted Wordpress blogs resulting in the same error even if it is a 404 Response. Since they all do return a 404, its probably a problem with McAfee.
