Your site may be referencing some content from another site in the site header - x10Hosting does not use nginx, it uses LiteSpeed. I suspect whatever package you are using includes some web content from a 3rd party site and this is what is causing the error.

It would be as that's the error message being passed to the browser... Error messages are still HTML, even Internet Explorer's built in 'fancy' error pages are HTML.
