Please ignore the first request as I made an Error. Anyways , I have changed my main domain to www.ngp.x10.mx but I did not close my sub domain of 3c.bttdm.x10.mx I was wondering if any administrators can remove the sub domain ?

I do however also have a final request of changing my main domain back to www.bttdm.x10.mx

Yes , I did , I tried deleting it off my CPanel and it's still there.

Go to Parked Domains in your cPanel and add bttdm.x10.mx After that, try deleting your subdomain again.
