403 accessing cgi-bin folder...

Hi,

I have installed a small .pl file in the cgi-bin directory,but I only get -

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/test.pl on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Server: boru - cpanel name: plsh

cgi-bin has been disabled due to abuse by members.

Python and Perl are not currently available.

There have been no announcements as to if/when they will be enabled again.
