I'm trying to setup a site to host a homebrew competition, using the "Brew Competition Online Entry & Management" system (http://www.brewcompetition.com/). Everything installs fine and the database is created successfully, but during one of the simple configuration screens, a 403 error is thrown upon saving data.
I've installed it at this location: http://lbhb.x10host.com/comp/
Exact error: "You don't have permission to access /comp/includes/process.inc.php on this server."
I've searched the forum and verified that my file and folder security is setup as it should be.
Is there something I'm missing in .htaccess or the CPanel that I need to setup to make this function as it should?
