Hello, I wonder why after so many days is still impossible to access my web site; I get the following error: [h=1]403 Forbidden[/h] Access to this resource on the server is denied!

I checked the http://status.x10hosting.com/ and I noticed the Vox server is offline.
I wonder how to find the server name my web site is installed?
I already open a support ticket on that.

Make sure all directories from public_html on down have permissions set to 0755 and all files are set to 0644
