"403 Forbidden error" for my site

I got the following error when visiting my site http://www.digitalcoin.tk/

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Could any one tell me what's the problem? It was all right when I installed my website about a month ago. But now it is not accessible.

your IP address might be blocked by x10hoting's free-hosting servers
test at --> [ http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ ]

test if your IP address is on a blacklist

get your current IP address at --> [ https://www.whatismyip.com/ ]

then test it at --> [ http://www.stopforumspam.com/search ]

Loads fine on my end. If your IP is green, you may want to add a default index to your .htaccess just in case.

From [ http://www.stopforumspam.com/search ] I found my old IP.
Maybe that is the problem.
