403 Forbidden Error in /cgi-bin after Account Un-suspended

Hi, my account was suspended due to inactivity and I was able to un-suspend it this evening. I'm getting 403 Forbidden errors when I try to run a Perl script in /cgi-bin. This used to work, I think it may have something to do with the account suspension - I checked the file and folder permissions and .htaccess. Could someone please take a look? Thanks!
