The 403 forbidden error is really getting annoying because I've tried to chmod every page, but it still comes up with this error. When I go to the shared IP, it says that it is suspended. I don't know if that might be the problem, but could someone help me??

If you are suspended, go to CPanel and try to request an inactivity suspension (I assume you got suspended for being inactive and not something illegal).

If that doesn't work, check your .htaccess file. It may say something like:

order deny,allow
deny from all

Which would block every file on the server from being viewed by anyone

I tried to edit the .htaccess file, but it doesn't show up in file manager. Even pages that aren't on my site are forbidden. (example: http://example.com/somethingrandom)

wow. that is weird.

this line makes me think there is a problem that is not on your end:

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

For some reason, it looks like something is trying to access the root directory of the server. It should be looking for /home/{yourname}/public_html/

Unless someone else has a better idea, I think you might need to submit a ticket and have the staff check it out.

Okay. I'll try that. Thanks so much for your help.
