403 Forbidden Error while executing scripts

I am getting 403 Forbidden error while executing all the scripts in cgi-bin directory. Scripts are written in Python. These scripts were running without any problem till 25th September. I've checked file permission. Everything seems to be fine. So can you tell me why it is not working? have executable name of python changed?
