403 Forbidden Error

Hello. Since yesterday, my 2 sites hosted in x10 free hosting suddenly serve 403 errors randomly. By randomly, I mean it is intermittent: sometimes page shows completely, sometimes with css missing, but most of the time it's the 403 error. (One site is even just a one-page site).

I checked my permissions (even though I haven't changed them before), and they are fine. I would welcome any help on this. Thanks.

What CMS are they if any and do you use a CDN like cloudflare?

Has a similar issue once and it was to do with cached files.
