I just want to seek support. Why am I getting a 403 Forbidden Error when I'm installing Elementor Pro plugin? TIA

You are not allowed to use that. Elementor Pro is only for people who pay for it, there is no free. Using it without paying for it would also be a direct violation of the terms of service.
